Tips for Syncing your Kindle E-Reader

To begin, ensure your Kindle is connected to the internet. From the home screen, either swipe down to access Quick Actions or navigate to the Menu. Tap on the Sync icon or choose the Sync and Check for Items option.

Once synced, text highlights and annotations will be accessible across all Kindle devices. However, handwritten notes can currently only be viewed on Kindle Scribe devices. For Kindle Scribe notebooks, backups are automatically saved to the Cloud when the device is online and Sync is enabled.

If Sync is disabled, you won't be able to download, back up, or save notebooks to the Cloud. Additionally, to prevent accidental data loss, notebooks stored in the Cloud cannot be permanently deleted through the device when Sync is off.
